Benedict Law Group PLLC is pleased to announce that Buddy Khan has joined as Of Counsel to the firm. Previously, Buddy spent five years in the antitrust group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Washington, DC, where his broad practice encompassed all manner of antitrust issues: investigations, merger review, and trial and appellate litigation. At Cleary, Buddy was a named recipient of the Global Competition Review (GCR) award for Matter of the Year in 2018 for his team's representation of The Dow Chemical Company in its merger with E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company.
“I am thrilled Buddy has decided to join me to grow our boutique litigation platform together,” firm principal Brendan Benedict said. “Buddy’s 360-degree range of experience in the antitrust space and work for plaintiffs and defendants make him an ideal choice for our firm’s focus on both sides of antitrust litigation.”
Buddy received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from the University of Rochester. Buddy is admitted to practice in New York and Washington, DC.
