We practice litigation and only litigation.

This frees us from the conflicts inherent in serving transactional clients alongside litigation clients. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants, and we think that helps us in all our matters. We understand how each side approaches complex cases, and our training forces us to approach issues from a variety of perspectives.

Our Vision

Our firm is based on a simple premise: that we can litigate the most complex antitrust and other commercial actions free from unnecessary conflicts, leverage, and expense. We offer the same service clients expect from prominent commercial law firms but without the pyramid staffing, duplication, and delay. We have the flexibility (and experience) to offer creative solutions to both plaintiffs and defendants in their most important matters.
