03. Consumer & Class Actions

A substantial portion of our practice is devoted to investigating potential class and mass actions on behalf of consumers and workers under the antitrust laws and other fair trade statutes. Our experience defending against these actions gives us a unique perspective in prosecuting them. In particular, we are investigating potential claims in the following areas:

End-user antitrust claims involving tying or bundling of multiple products
Pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing compensation schemes
Labor antitrust, such as wage-fixing, no-poach, and non-compete agreements
