02. Commercial Litigation
We represent companies, and plaintiffs in particular, in business disputes. We are used to spotting issues others have missed and exploring alternative legal strategies that limit the expense of litigation and make commercial sense.
We have represented clients before the AAA and JAMS, in the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court and in Delaware Chancery, and in federal courts around the country, including the Southern District of New York, the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, the District of Maryland, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, among others.
We have experience litigating claims in a variety of subject matter areas including antitrust, securities, fiduciary duty and corporate governance, breach of contract, purchase price adjustments and earnouts, corporate bankruptcy, mass tort, environmental, insurance, civil rights, product liability, and Constitutional law.
