National Law Journal Recognizes Brendan Benedict as a "Washington, D.C. Rising Star"

On November 5, 2025, firm principal Brendan Benedict was recognized at the National Law Journal Awards for Professional Excellence as a "Washington, D.C. Rising Star." The category highlights the "region's most promising lawyers" under 40 as evaluated "by a combination of expertise in litigation or transactional work and significant community impact (displayed through sustained pro bono service and other public service)." Brendan was among 22 winners this year. In a Q&A accompanying the recognition, Brendan noted the firm's complete dismissal last year for SunPower (Complete Solaria, Inc.) of a purported class action in the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court seeking warrant repricing and shared his advice for new litigation lawyers.
