Firm Attorneys to Serve as Counsel for the State of Utah in Antitrust Suit Against Google

Brendan Benedict and Michael Altebrando will serve as counsel for the Antitrust Section of the Utah Attorney General's Office in the multistate antitrust suit against Google challenging its Play Store practices. A jury trial is scheduled for November 2023.

The matter is Utah v. Google LLC, No. 3:21-CV-05227-JD (N.D. Cal.).
