On May 26, 2023, Lawdragon named firm principal Brendan Benedict and Of Counsels Michael D. Altebrando and Buddy Khan to its 2023 list of "500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers." The honorees were selected through Lawdragon’s methodology combining journalistic research, nominations, and vetting with experts. Lawdragon notes that attorneys generally must be in practice for ten years to make a list, "with extremely rare exceptions." The Firm's attorneys have been in practice for eight years or less.
